We led strategic brand workshops, interviewed key stakeholders, and analyzed customer expectations in fintech. From these insights, we developed a new visual identity, tone of voice, and UX flows that emphasized transparency, simplicity, and reliability. The design system was scalable, allowing for quick adoption across platforms.
